Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is upset about recent government moves that have hurt the credibility of Internet companies and he, apparently, doesn’t care who knows it.
Zuckerberg took to his personal Facebook page to publically post a missive venting at things like the NSA’s covert spying campaign using tech companies and its weakening of public security standards, moves he says have “confused and frustrated” him and which have “damaged” the internet. He said he’s called President Barack Obama to voice his irritation personally, which I guess is something you can do when you’re a billionaire and the president takes your calls.
