The winner of Powerball’s fourth-biggest jackpot has come forward, but has chosen to remain anonymous, South Carolina Education Lottery officials said Monday.
A Columbia, S.C., area resident presented the winning ticket to lottery officials Monday afternoon, officials said in a news release.
South Carolina, unlike some other states, allows a winner to claim their prize without releasing the name to the public, USA Today informs.
