At the beginning of today’s session of Executive Committee Hovik Abrahamyan asked Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ervand Zakharyan to clarify why the employees of “Nairit” factory are concerned: their salaries will be paid, won’t they? Firstly, minister Ervand Zakharyan mentioned that it’s already obvious, there is a possibility to pay the debt of Nairit’s employees. “There were invocation-complaints regarding the salary accounts, now investigations are made, they will over in 2 days. We can pay group by group, but the employees of “Nairit” are against, they demand to pay immediately, but in that case they will be urged to wait”: the minister clarified. The Prime Minister, however, interrupted the minister complaining the latter’s speech: “You have talked very toughly. I mean that you just complete the clarification process of the documentation and pay salaries immediately within a day.” “We say in this case they should wait”, Ervand Zakharyan said. The head of the National Security Service participated in the talk of the prime minister and the minister noticing that the employees of “Nairit” don’t have trust towards government. “The employees of “Nairit” say, pay part by part, you will pay to 200 people, afterwards you will say there is no money, it’s over. There is no trust towards authorities:” said the head of the NSS. “We declare, if they wait till the end of the month, so we will pay at once till the end of the month, if not we’ll pay partly:” Ervand Zakharyan again insisted. The prime minister asked to let them decide and express their decision.
