“What does the recognition of the Armenian Genocide mean without compensation?”, said freedom fighter Sargis Hatspanyan during the press conference, talking about the acceptance of the Armenian Genocide resolution by the US Senate.
“Acceptance of the Genocide is a legal category, meaning that the nation must get a compensation”, said Hatspanean.
He has high hopes concerning the Genocide recognition by the US and believes that the issue should be politicized.
“I suggest surrounding the US embassy of Armenia and we will see how the US becomes concerned”, said he.
