Araratnews.am found out from press secretary of the Defense Ministry, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, that the Armenian side is still unable to approach to the shot helicopter as the azerbaijani side keeps it under fire all the time.
“Artsakh is working with OSCE to hold an observation tomorrow in that territory”, said Mister Hovhannisyan.
Reminding that azerbaijani army had shot down an Armenian MI-24 helicopter during military training.
