According to the Response-2013 development plan of the RA Armed Force and in the framework of the strategic command and control exercises, Serzh Sargsyan invited today a meeting of the National Security Council. Discussed were issues related to the provisional military and political situation around Armenia and activities of the highest state echelon during the adoption of military and political decisions. With this regard, the members of the NSC presented proposals to Serzh Sargsyan related to the neutralization of threats and steps aimed at the defense of the country.
