Russian Lenta.ru has made reportage about armies of Armenia and NKR.
The web site tells that the base of the Armenian army were volunteer groups, which were created in the 90’s for securing Armenia and NKR. It was noted that NKR war was one of the biggest trials of army’s
history, after which NKR became Independent.
Lenta.ru also quoted words of NKR President Bako Sahakyan made on January 28: “Armenian army is the most efficient and organized one in the territory and that is an uncountable fact and is one of the biggest achievements for our nation”.
