After RF President Vladimir Putin’s official visit to Armenia, it became clear that Russian authorities see Armenian authorities as an administration of a Russian region and not more. The cold attitude of Putin to Serzh Sargsyan, the 8-hour visit, most part of which spent at Russian military base, also witness that Armenian authorities are but an administrative group of a Russian region and Serzh Sargsyan is utmost a governor.
However, that was not all what was done that day. The other side of the medal also exists. And on the other side are battlers for sovereignty and people with western orientation, who reconfirmed that Kremlin’s approach to Armenia and Armenians does not coincide with the reality and that such colonialism becomes possible only with the authorities we have.
Kremlin is perfectly aware of the widespread dissatisfaction of these authorities and it becomes severe daily due to profound bad social situation. Every other day a new public layer protests against rules of the administration. Besides social aspect, law, foreign orientation and ideological contradictions are also strained.
In one word, the administration is entirely isolated from the society and it can’t go on like this.
After all rebellious forces, groups of arrows are directed to Serzh Sargsyan and the latter’s administration, which is void of even inner stability and is in the weakest state and its resignation is only a matter of time.
However, in case of change of power with mature mentality cannot predict the situation which will be created in Armenia and what orientation will the new power bring and will they have a will to talk to Russia as a governor.
So, having a huge experience of colorful revolutions, Russia will make a colorful velvet revolution.
This, of course, can postpone Armenia’s joining to Custom’s Union, but it will give a chance to have authorities that have removed other authorities and who have public support.
