Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze said that Russia, unlike members of the EU, NATO and the Eastern Partnership, was not invited to the inauguration of Georgy Margvelashvili on November 17, Georgia Online reports.
Margvelashvili won the Georgian presidential polls with 62.11% of the votes on October 27.
