President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the highest Honorary Title of the “Hero of Artsakh” to Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan for the exclusive services rendered to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic and in connection with the 25th anniversary of re-opening the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, awarding him with the Golden Eagle Order.
