The Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) rejected Robert Walter’s controversial report on Nagorno-Karabakh at a debate held Tuesday as part of its Winter Session.
The document, entitled “Escalation of Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan”, received 66 votes “in favor” and 70 votes “against”.
The other anti-Armenian report, “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water”, were submitted by Robert Walter (UK) and Milica Markovic (submitted by Marica Markovic from Bosnia and Herzegovina, is now being debated.
