Planned observation of OSCE MG on October 17 has been stopped due to shootings from Azerbaijani side. The observation was headed by Anjey Kasperchik and was in the crossed border of NKR and Azerbaijan, directed to Hadrut. Both sides have recorded the shots. NKR MFA informed Araratnews.am correspondent that Kaperchik had decided to stop the mission due to security issues.
