NA MP Nikol Pashinyan has presented the draft resolution of Serzh Sargsyan’s impeachment. It consists of eight main points. The list of activities or omissions by Serzh Sargsyan is not complete. All the points that were de jure stated according to Constitutional Court, article 76, were included in the resolution. Nikol Pashinyan is intended to present it to the secretariat of the Parliament and obtain a form for special order agenda, in order to collect 44 signatures of the MPs.
The impeachment bill was discussed and accepted during the meeting of Union governing board of “Civil Contract”.
