Even though the employees of the healthcare system assure that the level of infectious respiratory diseases is close to normal in Armenia, children are already lying in the corridors of the hospitals in capital city Yerevan, according to Irates newspaper.
“According to experts, the H3-type virus penetrated into Armenia from Europe, Georgia, Russia—simultaneously. They also do not rule out that it may be subjected to mutation, over the course of time.
“As for closing schools and kindergartens due to the contagion, the area specialists believe that the contagion has not yet reached its ‘peak’ [in Armenia],” wrote Irates.
