While most people were buzzing in and out of presentations, cocktail parties and hotel lobbies on Friday for the start of New York Fashion Week, inside the ballroom of Hotel Pennsylvania things were pretty barking mad. No really. It was the New York Pet Fashion Show, darling! And here, cute pooches in feathers, turbans, crowns and tutus replaced six-foot models (the theme was The Crown Jewels of Fashion) to leg it down the catwalk. Luckily, there were no cats on said catwalk. That would be far too much of a distraction…
