Armenian citizen Hrachya Harutyunyan, who is in Russian prison and is accused of death of 18 people due to car crash, has been presented with another accusation. According to Itar Tass, Harutyunyan is now accused of using fake documents. He does not accept the accusation and is going to appeal against it.
Harutyunyan’s lawyer informed that he accepts his guilt concerning the car crash but does not accept the one with fake document.
