Few minutes ago, NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan announced that Armenian-Russian agreement had been verified. 77 MPs took part at voting as the opposition had boycotted the session. MPs voted with hands as their registration cards had been collected by Zaruhi Postandjyan.
