NA speaker Hovik Abrahamyan did what he had promised earlier and replaced Zaruhi Potandjyan with ‘Rule of Law’ party.
‘Heritage’ fraction, as well as the entire party is in deep crisis. Resignation of Ruben Hakobyan became the culmination of that crisis. So, replacement of ‘Heritage’ party was somewhat expected as both PACE member and fraction leader is the same person.
On the other hand, it is simpler for the Republican party to deal with ‘Rule of Law’ as members of the latter are faceless.
If we add that the majority of NA considers working there as a place for pressing buttons, then we can state that RA Parliament has become a place of action for some individuals.
