Sources of Araratnews.am informed that President of Kurdish Authority of Northern Iraq Masoud Barzani will visit Armenia in near future. His visit is due to some agreements which have to be confirmed. According to our sources, several issues are to be discussed during his visit, concerning visa regime, energy cooperation as well as confirmation of Yerevan-Erbil air transport.
According to experts, this visit will be bilaterally profitable. It is expected that members of their government and Parliament will also be in the delegation with Barzani. Possible, Armenia will have a consulate in Erbil city.
