Arriving in Brussels ahead of her concert with Tony Bennett at the Grand Place the following day, the songstress took to the balcony of her suite at the luxurious and historic Steigenberger Grandhotel.
Perching on the ornate black metal railing, she smiled from ear to ear as she looked down at the crowd that had gathered below, smiling and blowing kisses, clearly in her element, Daily Mail informs.
