‘GOAM headed by Tigran Sargsyan has spent 2 million AMD on buying souvenirs from the Central Bank. The sum has been provided by the state budget and the purchases were golden goods. According to documents daily obtains, the list of goods makes: on October 10, GOAM bought 10 Toros Roslin and 2 Sayat-Nova medals, on October 21, 4 Toros Roslin and 2 St. Sargis medals.
So, it is a fact that the poverty level in Armenia has reached to 35% during the rule of this very Prime Minister, yet the latter spends the state budget so lavishly’, writes the paper.
