The Israeli ministers received a letter signed by the Secretary of the cabinet Tzachi Braverman, which prohibits them from establishing personal relations with future members of the US government and the new elected president Donald Trump. As Newsru-Israel reports, the letter indicates that the requirement of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refers not only to ministers but also their deputies.
According to these guidelines, all the contacts with Trump’s team should be made through the Office of the Prime Minister or the Israeli Embassy. The publication notes that after the US elections, the Prime Minister immediately issued an order that forbids the coalition members to give interviews on elections and on Trump’s victory.
