Heritage fraction has a new head

NA speaker Hovik Abrahamyan announced few minutes ago that the head of “Heritage” fraction is Rouben Hakobyan and secretary Tevan Poghosyan.

He also informed that the fraction had previously gathered a meeting and made that decision.
