The 77-year-old former Italian prime minister wed Francesca Pascale, 28, at a church inside his villa near Milan three weeks ago, according to reports.
Mr Berlusconi met Ms Pascale when she was a teenage activist in his Forza Italia political party.
She reportedly has also been a guest at some of his infamous “bunga bunga” parties — which prosecutors at Berlusconi’s trial for sex with underage prostitute Ruby “heart stealer” Rubacuori described as “Bacchic orgies”.
One of Ms Pascale’s friends revealed on Italian radio station that the ceremony took place on October 8 or 9.
“Silvio has a chapel in his house. He was able to do it there and no one knows anything about it,” Marythell Polanco told Radio2.
“They invited me but I couldn’t go because I was in labour with my son”, MSN informs.
