“I strongly condemn the physical abuses taking place currently”, said vise President of “Heritage” party, Armen Martirosyan. “No matter ho hard the authorities try to stay away from abuse, they still don’t succeed. Artak Khachatryan’s case was not meaningless and it became viral. In cases of Razmik Petrosyan and Aram Manukyan we also knew who was to blame. But the abusers remain unpunished”.
There is a group of masked band, which works freely, said Armen Martirosyan. “I consider it possible that the band might be working under the patronage of the authorities. The reason is their freedom. Aram Manukyan’s case cannot be called just a light abuse. Doctors diagnosed concussion. The abusers had to get at least 5 years of imprisonment, while they are free”.
