On September 6, 2016, the employees of Gyumri’s border detachment found out traces, which were leading in the direction of the state border. Thanks to the efforts of the border detachment subdivisions and reserve forces, the offender was arrested just at the border in the territory of Kharkov settlement.
It turned out during the preliminary investigation, that the arrested person is a RA citizen Gurgen Mazmanyan, born in 27.02.1998, a resident of Bagravan village. He explained that he had had a quarrel with his mother and sister and decided to go to Turkey.
