’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Saturday attended the requiem service for the late Charles Aznavour, at St. John the Baptist Armenian Cathedral in Paris.
The service was offered by the Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II, PM’s spokesperson Arman Yeghoyan wrote on Facebook.
“Charles Aznavour was baptized and wedded in this church,” he added.
The legendary French Armenian singer passed away Monday aged 94, in his house in southern France, and of natural causes.
