Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will participate Tuesday in the meeting titled “From past action to future prevention: the OSCE´s niche in fostering stability in Europe and beyond” to be held in Slovakia.
The minister will deliver a speech at the meeting, Armenian MFA’s press service reported.
