The International Alert group has released a statement demanding serious intervention, otherwise Armenia and Azerbaijan will start war against each other, using inner developments, Freedom Radio informs.
Head of SouthCaucasus program Lawrence Sheats is sure that “if there are clashes within the country, the leaders might get excited from the heated idea in order to skew the focus”.
“There is another dangerous seduction: one of the leaders could think that the opponent is in tough political situation and it is time to take advantage of it”, said he.
International Alert group also discussed developments of “lightning war”, “preventive strike” adding that Karabakh conflict can heat up any second.
