Head of ARF fraction Armen Rustamyan said today during press conference that Constitutional changes are very important for ARF.
ARF will not take part at the rally that is to take place on October 10, as, unlike ANC and Prosperous Armenia and Heritage parties, ARF is interested in Constitutional changes and will present a package to the authorities.
“We’ve clearly stated that we are for Constitutional reforms. We have our own package and were ready to agree with the quartet. The rally cannot ignore this important issue. Constitutional reform is very significant, but the opinions are different and, so, we cannot hold a joint rally”, said Armen Rustamyan.
