On May 28, at 02:55 a.m. the opponent had realized another sabotage act, towards southern direction of Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact line.
Vanguard forces of the Defense army had taken corresponding actions, after confirming the progress of the opponent, causing significant loss for them and threw them back. According to preliminary information, azerbaijani side had two losses and one injury. Armenian side also suffered a loss. During the battle with the opponent, soldier Erik Vilen Gasparyan (1995) had tragically died.
NKR Ministry of Defense shares the grief of soldier’s family, friends and fellow soldiers.
