During the discussion of 2014 budget, member of NA ARF fraction Artsvik Minasyan noted that the budget plan came to prove that there are many piled up problem in the country.
He noted that there are 2 positive points in the plan: first, the creation of unified system of raising salaries and the rating policy in education field.
‘We didn’t see any other positive point in this document, unfortunately. If we take into consideration the results of statistics, where 60% have said that the Government hasn’t taken any productive step, then the authorities have something to think about and not the opposition’, said Minasyan and added that in such cases the Government had to resign.
