US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland will visit Ukraine in early February as a leg of her European tour, the US Department of State reports.
Nuland will travel to Germany, Greece, Cyprus, the Czech Republic and Ukraine on January 31 — February 6, Voice of Russia informs.
“In Kiev, Assistant Secretary Nuland will meet with government officials, opposition leaders, civil society and business leaders to encourage agreements on a new government and plan of action that can put Ukraine back on track toward fulfilling the aspirations of the Ukrainian people for democracy, respect for human rights, European integration and economic growth,” the report runs.
