The employees of ‘’Vanadzor Chem-prom’’LCD has tried to close Vanadzor-Alaverdi road demanding their salaries of 9-10 months. Samvel Khltanyan, the chief of information and public relations’ department of region informed us during the talk with us that the employees of his factory frequently gather in front of the regionar department. ‘’This time they were more furious. It’s a long time that the employees have these complaints.Every time they protest, they get a part of salary debt , get satisfied at that moment, but after a while they again gather’’, he said. Governor Artur Nalbandyan persuaded not to close Vanadzor-Alaverdi international road. However, the factory does not offer solution to the problem. ‘’Many people, including me, do not understand who is the owner of the factory. That owner, can at last , fire people out, if he doesn’t work. He can just keep the security group and say that the factory doesn’t work. But the man, if he goes to work, is considered an employee of that factory , doesn’t have another workplace, it is natural that he should be paid. The governor interfered into the problem and gave the employees one or two months’ salary. But now debts are collected again. Note also, that earlier newspaper ‘’Hetq’’ referred to the factory’s problem. It is said in the investigation that ‘’Vanadzor Chem-prom’’ LCD has become a subsequent victim of deals.
