The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev awarded the bustards who beheaded Kyaram Aloyan early in April in Talish.
Yesterday Aliyev together with his wife Mehriban Aliyeva visited the frontline, where he awarded the soldiers who were noted for their activities during the days of April war.
It should be reminded that Kyaram Aloyan had already been buried when the Azerbaijan side returned his head, whereas before this the beasts who were awarded by Aliev were strolling in Azerbaijan villages with the head of the beheaded Kyaram and showing it to the residents.
