The minister if Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mahmedyarov at the joint press conference with OSCE president Ivitsa Dachich announced that Azerbaijan agrees in case of Armenias agreement to start working towards the signature of peace treatment of Nagorno Kharabakh conflict settlement. Meanwhile, Tigran Balayan, the spokesman of RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that Azerbaijan makes senseless announcements.
”Until the principles are agreed it won’t be possible to make any document, it’s out of logics. ”
No treaty can be signed without Artsakh’s participation., and NKR has not participated in making process of any treaty., so it’s not understandable for me in which ways the conflict should be settled., says David Balayan, the spokesman of NKR’s president and adds that taking into consideration all these we must surely say that Azerbaijan carries on working on its PR and there is no serious base to think that country is committed to make steps towards peaceful resolution of the conflict.
Laris Alaverdyan, teh president of Against Legal willingness organization, regarding the above-mentioned statement, confidently states that this is a trap. ” Any announcement without NKR’s participation is a trap. If the matter refers to Artsakh- Azerbaijan border, it shouldn’t be without NKR’s participation . it’s a trap which aims to prove that Armenia is an aggressor.
