Stepan Demirtchyan, a member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction, expressed his opinion about the formation of the so-called national unity government that Armenian authorities have been speaking about in recent weeks.
“as long as the power is usurped in Armenia, people feel alienated, it is useless to speak about national unity government. The change of Prime Minister and cabinet is not enough,” Mr. Demirtchyan said.
