According to some rumors Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting is to take place on November 19. Araratnews had an interview with political scientist Armen Grigoryan, trying to find out expectations of that meeting.
‘I believe that the meeting is a result of some agreements, as Gul went to Baku and Serzh Sargsyan went to Artsakh and made some agreements. I think that on November 19 or some time in near future they will make a final decision.
Turkey had spread some information, according to which it is ready to open the border if the territories are returned. Before it was only 2 lands but now they are talking about some 5 lands with a packaged agreement and they connect the opening of Turkish border with Artsakh issue. Because Aliyev was against this issue at Kazan meeting, they went to talk him into it and when he agrees, Serzh Sargsyan will give his agreement also’.
