RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan invited annual press conference. The Minister summarized the activities of the ministry of 2014 and then turned to the situation on the border.
“I’ve been thinking a lot about prevention of ferocity of the opponent and want to admit that haven’t found any new method, so we have to use the old method: the regular beating method. Judging from Azerbaijan’s tactics, that country has decided to keep RA and NKR borders in constant tension and demand political concessions. Azerbaijan adopted ultra-militarization policy insinuating hatred against the Armenian nation. Azerbaijan committed sabotage-investigation acts, sniper wars, which had both intentional and hidden purposes and a tendency to make the situation tenser”, said Seyran Ohanyan.
