The year is coming to an end and GOAM has to present all the “achievements” it had throughout the year. As you may remember Serzh Sargsyan announced few months ago that if a government is unable to provide with 7% economic growth, then it must resign. Few days are left till the year ends and it’s obvious that GOAM will not be able to provide that growth.
Tigran Sargsyan has Russia’s support and in this background, his resignation will be out of question or Serzh Sargsyan has to have the courage to go against Putin’s decisions.
The reality is that Serz Sargsyan is in troubled situation. Any political official would have resigned after failing to realise his promise, as, being a leader of a sovereign country, he is unable to fire a PM, who failed to provide the economic growth.
Serzh Sargsyan’s and Tigran Sargsyan’s resignation is ready and all they need is to find out which one should be signed: the president that had failed his promise or the Prime Minister that overthrew the economy.
