Lawsuit of Valeri Permyakov will take place in the court of Russian military base of Gyumri, informs Interfax quoting its source.
“The sides have agreed on the case to take place in 102 Russian military base in Gyumri”, informed the source. This decision had been taken based on the status of the military base.
Besides, the mutual indictment is being agreed, according to Russian Criminal Code. “The Court will also examine the accusation presented by russian military prosecution about armed desertion”, said the source.
Reminding, that Valeri Permyakov is accused of murdering the entire Avetisyan family on January 12.
