As we have already informed the conclusion of complex psychological-psychiatric examination appointed for the accused V. Permyakov on the case of Avetisyan family members’ murders have been received by the Investigative Committee of headquarters of the criminal case investigation. Taking into consideration the interest of public we inform that by the conclusion the fact was affirmed according to which V. Permyakov wasn’t in the state of psychological affect at the time of commiting the murder. No active psychological disorder, conscious disorders were discovered and he could totally be aware of the danger of actions , antipublic character and control them. V. Permyakov was admitted guilty on the accused case.
