The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs plan to visit Baku, Yerevan and Nagorno-Karabakh in the coming few days, RIA Novosti reports quoting French Foreign Ministry Spokesman Romain Nadal as saying.
Last Saturday the French FM Jean-Marc Ayrault had a telephone conversation with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian, which was followed by a conversation with Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov on Monday.
“He [Jean-Marc Ayrault] re-affirmed the willingness of France, as OSCE Minsk Group co-chair and in cooperation with Russia and the United States, to find a long-lasting peaceful settlement of the conflict,” Mr Nadal said.
With the conflicting parties’ consent, the US, French and Russian co-chairs will visit Baku, Yerevan and Nagorno-Karabakh in the coming few days, he added.
