Azerbaijani citizen Orkhan Zeynalov, who was arrested on a charge of high-profile murder 25 -year-old Egor Sherbakov in Moscow’s Biryulevo Zapadnoye, has partially admitted his guilt, but continues to insist that this was self-defence, detainee’s lawyer Victor Anikushkin said.
“My client does not consider it murder, it was self-defence”, the lawyer said, adding that ” it all started with a verbal altercation in which the victim provoked Zeynalov and this was followed by the hits”, Russian media report.
It should be noted that, according to Russian media reports, 25 -year-old Muscovite Yegor Sherbakov was stabbed on his way back from a billiard club. They were on the way home when a strong man of Caucasian appearance blocked his way. He provoked Yegor for a conflict, and then took out a knife and struck him in the chest.
