The Police of Russia informed that new charges have been presented against Armenian driver Hrachya Harutyunyan. According to them, the latter had illegal work permission. Reminding, that Hrachya Harutyunyan was involved in a major car crash on July 13th. 18 people had died and 27 had had several injuries.
