MP of NA “Heritage” fraction Ruben Hakobyan noted during his interview with Araratnews.am that does not want to evaluate Nikol Pashinyan’s initiative of ‘Civil Contract” yet, as it has not passed its road in political field yet.
“If people consider it a necessity and believe that they will complete the emptiness then it should be welcomed and congratulated. I wish them success. May God grant them the ability to accomplish all the plans they have before them”, said Hakobyan.
