Sergey Hakobyan, the man charged with aiding Sasna Dzrer group that seized a police building in July, was released from the Nabarashen prison on October 25, his lawyer Tigran Hayrapetyan told A1+.
The Criminal Court of Appeal decided on Monday to release Hakobyan on AMD 1 million bail. The lawyer says Hakobyan’s detention was ungrounded as he has nothing to do with the seizure of the police station.
“One of the Sasna Dzrer members tepehoned one of his acquaintances, the latter contacted Hakobyan but he did not speak to him on the phone,” the lawyer said.
