First session of Lyuks Stepanyan’s murder started at Court of First Instance of Tavoush region. Stepanyan was killed in the army unit on March 15, 2013.
Lawyers of the defendant Davit Khachatryan were absent, reasoning that they had a car crush. And so, the Court decided to hold the next session on January 29, at 14:00.
