Few days ago head of Artsakh diocese Pargev Archbishop was in Yerevan. According to our information, he had come with a special ‘mission’. The thing is that there are rumours that president of NKR Bako Sahakyan is about to become the Prime Minister of Armenia. And the Archbishop Is the mediator of that mission. ‘Joghovurd’ daily had an interview with him.
-You Holiness, we have information according to which you have met with the head of the Republican party Serzh Sargsyan. Could you state the reason of that meeting?
-It was 50th anniversary of my school. I did not meet with Serzh Sargsyan.
-Nevertheless, we have that information that you and Sezh Sargsyan have discussed positioning Bako Sahakyan as Armenia’s PM and Karabakh clan…
-I already said that I have not met with Serzh Sargsyan. Why would he discuss such issue with me? That’s funny.
-There are backstage rumours that Bako Sahakyan is to become the next PM of Armenia and then the president and that you have come here for lobbying.
