On L.A.’s Power 106 station, host Big Boy asked Jennifer what she would do if she could only save one of her exes from drowning:
“You’re on a raft in the middle of the ocean”, he said. “You look in the ocean, you see two people floating…You can only pull up one, because that’s how much room you have on the raft. You look in the ocean, you see Ben Affleck and you see Diddy.”
J Lo’s response? Firstly, to laugh (well, if we cast our eye back to Ben Affleck’s bum-caressing role in Jenny from the Block, we’d smile too). Then, she yelled: “I’d let both those motherf***ers drown!”
Before you judge J-Lo as way harsh, she was TOTALLY kidding, of course. “That’s terrible, I’m just joking!” she said, before adding, “Ben, Puffy, you know I love you. You know it!”
J-Lo has actually stayed on pretty good terms with her exes — Ben Affleck said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that “We don’t have the kind of relationship where she relies on me for advice, but we do have the kind of relationship where there’ll be an e-mail saying, ‘Oh, your movie looks great’…I touch base”.
